Yes. Our Urine Removal Treatment uses live bacteria enzymes that break down the uric acid crystals responsible for the pungent ammonia smell, followed by a hospital-grade sanitiser rinse. We back this with our 7-Day Free Re-Cleaning Guarantee.
If you notice any lingering urine odour or recurring stains within 7 days after the service is completed, simply message our team on WhatsApp. We will schedule a return inspection and re-clean the affected area 100% free of charge.
Yes. Our service is designed as a Muslim-Friendly protocol with intensive physical extraction (drawing out fluids and impurities from deep inside fabric fibers), followed by hospital-grade sanitisation to give Muslim households complete peace of mind.
Because our commercial extraction vacuums recover 90% of moisture during the rinse cycle, items typically dry within 4 to 6 hours with normal indoor air conditioning or ceiling fans running.
Simply take a photo of your sofa, mattress, or carpet and click any WhatsApp button on this page. Our team will review the photos and send a transparent quote in minutes.
